WHERE?

Where poems are and poems in Full Reason, a tender life appeared: never men with weapons, no more prisoners ... Where?! When? In a very rare drowsiness which approached me like a good friend, when the first light surrounded this, my drowsiness that vanished as soon as the sun was rising.
